SWAMI SHANKARANANDA GIRI IS NOT A SAINT

SWAMI SHANKARANANDA GIRI IS NOT A SAINT

SWAMI SHANKARANANDA GIRI IS NOT A SAINT

These are the fake arguments in the Petition U/S 205, Cr.P.C. for G.R. Case 510/2010,

of Swami Shankarananda Giri not to come to Court.

  1. Is a saint.

A human being cannot tell about himself that is a saint. Only God know who is saint and anyway a saint is recognized by his divine behavior and action.

A saint is not cheating people, is not lying, is not stealing, is not beating people, is not manipulating people,  is not bribing authorities…

Swami Shankarananda Giri is having around 22 criminal case against him in Orissa.

  1. Is having ashrams.

Ashrams and Schools are stolen from his guru Swami Hariharananda Giri, you can read all legal original documents on our website. So is a thief and a liar.

  1. Is having ashrams abroad. Is having no ashrams abroad.

Is having only some groups of people from where is draining money from innocent and/or ignorant people.

  1. Is having Schools.

Schools are stolen from his guru Swami Hariharananda Giri, you can read all legal original documents on our website. So is a thief and a liar

  1. Is visiting frequently.

If is travelling means that is not having any health problem.  If is traveling often long distances, how cannot go to the Court distant only 5 KM?

  1. Is extreme old man & Is having 70 years

Extreme old man means really old man, who cannot walk or travel. His age is 68 years not 70.

  1. Is facing physical ailments & Is confined to bed & Is taking treatment

Himself is telling that is moving around. How he can move around and stay in bed in the same time?

  1. Sarcastically humiliation & Criticism

Only a coward will be afraid of humiliation and criticism. A SAINT IS ALIVE EXAMPLE.

  1. Bad impact on Schools functionality.

This is unconnected matter. Swami Shankarananda Giri created bad reputation behaving badly, not the School which is an Institution.

The case is about him not the School.

  1. Will be harassed & Will suffer for irreparable loss.

This is the result of his wrong doing whole life. What you sow, you will reap.
